Want to get 100% internet speed of your computer ?
read this step's.

NOTE:This is only for window's user's and also it doesn't work on windows 7 starter.. so let's start..
navigate on window's start menu then on the search bar
type "run" without qoute's.
then type "gpedit.msc" it will launch a new window now navigate to computer configuration> administrative template's >Network>Qos packet scheduler now click "Limit reservable bandwidth " a new window will appear by default it is set to not configured now Enable it and set bandwidth limit to 0%..
that's it ....your internet speed increased by 20% if you are asking how this work's.. well windows reserve 20% bandwidth for background task...
